head of managed services

Responsibilities:

  • Executing the strategy for Managed Service and reporting to Head of Client Services

  • High degree of interaction with other groups

  • Initiates kick-off with a new client & relation management

  • Responsible for execution of (renewed) contracts negotiation and price proposals

  • Working together with sales team on pre-sales PoC and similar

  • Resources allocation within the group

  • Planning & budgeting

  • Analytics of time & critical events during the filing season

  • Performance appraisal/KPI for each branch and Sr. Reporting Experts

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of financial/fund accounting and financial markets

  • Speaks English fluently

  • Client relationship & management skills

  • Highest degree of responsibility and commitment to the deadlines

Not required, but nice to have:

  • Experience with compliance or regulation

  • Experience with the regulatory reporting software

  • Experience working in private equity/hedge fund/money maker and similar

  • Speaks any of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian

Qualifications required:

  • Graduated with >10 years of experience in financial sector/commerce/management

  • Proven track record of management history

  • Proven track record of interaction with the clients (preferably financial sector)

  • Degree In finance/economics/commerce/business administration
